You can exchange your ticket(s) for another date or show up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance date, subject to availability.

You will be charged €3 per ticket exchanged (free for classic subscribers).

Spectators holding the EDC (European Disability Card) benefit from a reduced rate.
However, special reception and seating arrangements are required, so it is essential to buy your tickets via our Box Office service.

PRM :
Our theatre is equipped with lifts and toilets for disabled people.
Spaces in the auditorium are reserved exclusively for people with reduced mobility and their companions.

Visually impaired :
Guide dogs accompanying the visually impaired are accepted inside the theatre.

Our Box Office is also at your disposal to return your order or print out the ticket(s) lost or forgotten on the day of the performance.

Valid gift vouchers can be used online or at the counter.
