About your tickets
Any spectator who mislays his ticket may obtain a duplicate for a tax of 1.50 €.
DUPLICATE SEASON TICKETS
Any spectator who mislays his season ticket may obain a duplicate for a tax of 5.00 €.
Any reserved seat must be paid for within eight days of being booked. Beyond this deadline, the seats are automatically offered for sale again.
Season tickets or individual tickets which have not been paid for will not be issued.
CHANGE OF DATE OF A PERFORMANCE
Any spectator who has a ticket and who wishes to change the performance date originally planned may choose another date for the same production for a tax of 3.00 €, provided that this change is made five days before the date originally planned. He will be given another seat in the same category, subject to seats being available in this same category. Under no circumstances will the seats sold be refunded.
COLLECTION OF TICKETS
Tickets may be printed and collected as follows:
Print @ home
Tickets printed by the purchaser in accordance with the print @ home method.
Tickets may be collected from the Box Office, rue de la casquette 4 – 4000 Liège, during opening hours (Mondays to Saturdays, from 10.30 to 18.00 hrs)
Tickets may be collected on performance days two hours before the performance and up to 15 minutes before the start of the performance, at the ticket office of the place where the performance is taking place.
Tickets are despatched up to 10 days before the date of the performance. During the 10 days preceding the performance, tickets can be collected from the Box Office.
Season tickets will be sent by post in accordance with the details specified on the application forms.
Tickets and season tickets at the Cluboper@ rate are not sent by post. They must be collected from the Box Office (a form of identity may be required).
The opera productions have surtitles. The surtitles are not visible from all seats. In order to avoid any surprise, please enquire at the Box Office.
