Opera & school

Discovering the operatic genre is often a first for the some 13,000 young people and children who join their teachers in stepping into the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège. The auditorium’s exceptional and prestigious setting adds even more originality to the experience. Whether their purpose is general, technical, vocational or specialised education, schools are very fond of activities at the Opera because we are, for one thing, a vector of culture and emotions and, for another, a showcase for numerous artistic and technical crafts.
