About your tickets

How do I book my seats at the Opéra?
It goes without saying that the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège is exceedingly popular. This is why we advise you, whether you're looking for a subscription or individually purchased seats, to book your show(s) as soon as sales open. You have numerous options in this regard: booking via Internet, via subscription voucher, at the box office and by telephone. While tickets purchased via Internet are debited from your credit card in real time, for all other booking methods you will be asked to settle your bookings with a payment within eight days. After this period, your tickets will be re-issued. Likewise, you can choose three ways of receiving tickets: Print @ Home (you take responsibility for printing your tickets / only valid for purchase via Internet), directly at the box office (Monday to Saturday, from 12 to 6 p.m. or, on the day of the show, from two hours before the performance) or by postal dispatch (last booking ten days before the show).

I wish to change the date of a show. How do I do this?
First condition: there must be seats remaining for the new chosen date and in the same category. Second condition: that your request arrives with us (via the box office) at least five days before the date of the show that you are unable to attend. €3 will be asked of you for administrative costs. Unfortunately, if the change of date is not possible, we will not be able to reimburse your seat(s).

I've lost my tickets. Will I have to miss out on my trip to the Opéra?
Not in the least. Our box office is at your disposal to supply you with a duplicate of your seats or subscriptions. This will cost you €1.50 and €5, respectively.
