    Pratical information
    Subscribe from the 27 may 2020 online, via the Ticket Office (by telephone, email or in person) or by using the subscription form attached to the programme.

    • Subscription renewal: via the Ticket Office from 27 May to 31 August 202 inclusive.  After this period, non-confirmed reservations will be cancelled and seats put back on sale.
    • New subscriptions: requests will be handled on a first-come basis from June 1st 2020.

    Payment methods
    By bank transfer, by credit card (Mastercard/Visa), Bancontact, or by cash.

    • In one payment: before 30 June 2020.
    • In two instalments: 50 % payment on account once your subscription is confirmed and the balance before 31 August 2020 (the 50% payment validates your booking).
    • In four instalments: 25% payment on account once your subscription has been confirmed and the three remaining instalments by direct debit (payments: 2 Sept. 2020, 2 Oct. 2020, 2 Nov. 2020).
    A For practical reasons and artist availability, certain works may not be shown on your chosen date.  Please check your availability.

    C Payment in two or four instalments only possible for subscriptions made before 30 June 2020
    D No re-booking charges for requests received by the Ticket Office up to 72 hours prior to the date of the show to be re-booked.
    E Category 1 Sup: only available to audience members who had a reserved seat in this zone during the 2019-2020 season, and who wish to renew their subscription in the same place in 2020-2021.
