Tram system works
Work on the trams system is currently underway and could disrupt your access to the city centre, mainly during rush hour. As far as possible, we encourage you to plan your trip, arrive early and keep yourself informed about the evolution of the works on: www.letram.be.
For your convenience, cloakrooms are available free of charge. It is compulsory to leave your bags and umbrellas.
Entrance hall, stalls and first balcony: cloakrooms staffed by our reception personnel.
2nd, 3rd and 4th balconies: lockers (€ 1 required to open, returned after use).
A bar service is available during the interval and/or before the performance.
Bar du Foyer (1st balcony) Bar Salazar (3rd balcony)
As the Opera has decided to stop using a token or cash system, we strongly recommend that you order your intermission drink before the show starts.
This is essential so that each visitor can get a snack during the intermission.
Simply place your order at one of our ticket offices and you will be given an order form.
All you have to do is present it directly at one of our bars during intermission to be served without having to wait in line at the ticket office.
Please note that the bars will close after intermission and will not be accessible after the performance.
