Every performance day, Agron Billa and his team await you in the exceptional setting of the Foyer Grétry for a unique culinary experience.

Agron Billa

Agron Billa is a culinary composer. His notes are ingredients. Juggling with seasonings, he chisels his chords. As much as the Belgian terroir, his Mediterranean roots are his source of inspiration. In his kitchens, blades strike a rhythm. The pots tint. The taste buds vibrate. Flavors chime. Virtuosity, he knows, is born of persistent work. Mastering his scales, he sets the tempo for his teams. Convinced that great works are performed in chorus and in concert, he waves his chef’s baton to amplify the melodious timbre of the clattering forks.

A culinary experience

A monthly gourmet 3-course menu is available at €75 per person, including wine pairing, waters/softs, coffee and mignardise.


The service is provided :

  • from 6 to 8 pm on show nights
  • from 5 to 7 pm on  June 25, 2024
  • from 1 to 3pm on show on sundays



Frequently asked questions

  • The Restaurant is open 2 hours before each performance, as soon as the theater doors open.

    In order to ensure full and proper service, service will only be provided during the 2-hour period communicated at the time of booking. It is imperative that you arrive no later than 1h30 before the start of the performance so that dessert can be served no later than 15min before the start of the opera.

  • The Restaurant de l’Opéra is located in the Foyer Grétry (+2) of the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège.
