A monthly 3-course gastronomic menu is available at €75 per person, including wine and food pairing, water and soft drinks, coffee and mignardise.

Agron Billa
Agron Billa is a culinary composer. His notes are ingredients. Juggling with seasonings, he chisels out his agreements. His Mediterranean roots are as much a source of inspiration as the Belgian soil. In his kitchens, the blades strike the rhythm. The pots tint. The taste buds vibrate. It is the chime of flavours. Virtuosity, he knows, is born of obstinate work. Mastering his scales, he sets the tempo for his teams.
